Evidence of Lower Price: Customers requesting a price match must provide evidence of the lower price, such as a current advertisement or a valid website link showing the lower price.

 

In-Stock Requirement: The lower-priced item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's store or online platform.

 

Payment Methods: Price matching is only applicable to purchases made using cash or card payments. Our price matching policy does not apply to transactions where store credit, prize credit, or ball credits are utilised as part of the payment.

Exclusions: Our price matching policy does not extend to items sold as part of bundle offers, clearance sales, liquidation sales, limited quantity sales, or any other special promotions. Additionally, it does not apply to auction sites, membership clubs, or marketplace sellers (such as eBay or Amazon third-party sellers). Our price matching policy does not apply if the price is below our cost price.

Manager Discretion: Bidgee Golf Shop reserves the right to verify the lower price and availability of the item before approving the price match. We also retain the discretion to refuse a price match request if we believe it violates any of the terms and conditions outlined above.

Price Adjustment: If the customer's request meets all the criteria of our price matching policy, we will adjust the price of the item to match the lower price.
